Hi,
  I have reason to believe that my FEENEY/or FEENY, CLANCY , and O'CONOR
Family were from the Moycullen area.
A Feeney researcher found my family in a Baptismal record in the
Gortyloughlin area of Moycullen.  The family oral tradition is that the
Feeney's came from Galway in 1866 to Maryland and they were from Spiddal.
Further research has found an Aunt, NORA FEENEY, an unknown sister, who died
in Washington D.C., from her burial records in Holy Rood in Washington, D.C.
and Will Probate from the Washington Post, all happening in 1904, states she
was a native of Moycullen.
The information I have is :
THOMAS FEENEY/FEENY and JULIA O'CONOR/O'CONNOR--Born in Ireland, died in
Ireland
had their son :
PATRICK FEENEY/FEENY who married CATHERINE CLANCY (Both born in Ireland,
Galway--died in MARYLAND USA)
they had a son:
JOHN ALOYSIUS FEENEY (who is my great granda)--Born in MD died in MD.
